Hi, I'm Katelyn!
Currently @ UCLA, studying Cognitive Science & Film/TV Digital Media.
I am product designer based in San Francisco, CA. The reason I design is to make digital experiences feel human.
Growing up, I spent a lot of my time tinkering on Adobe After Effects. I obsessed over the power of keyframes, leading me into editing and visual storytelling. As a brave 13 year old, I put my work online and built a community of over 13,000 followers, shaping how I think about narrative, craft, and the importance of motion in products. After all, good design is felt!
In my free time, I love putting together a new Spotify playlist, making Minecraft builds, and keeping my 94 weeks streak alive on Beli. Thanks for stopping by!
My Communities:
This year, I’m a PD lead for UCLA’s first community in product & tech! We provide students with mentorship and resources to help them break into a career in tech.
Driven by the mission of tech for social good, Nova builds pro-bono tools for non-profits around LA. I owe it all to them for jumpstarting my career in design.
